Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens — and we so appreciate your respect for our time and the peaceful, intentional experience we offer at THE LOFT by kb esthetics co. Because your appointment time is reserved especially for you, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service, and no‑shows may be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy allows us to serve all of our clients thoughtfully and maintain the calm, personalized environment you expect.
